Frank Farello Scholarship

The Tidewater Branch of the International Food Service Executives Association (TIFSEA) established the Frank Farello Scholarship in 1995 in honor of Frank Farello, DODG, CFE, a noted area chef to support students in TCC’s Dietetics, Hospitality Management, or Culinary Arts programs.

Scholarship award criteria are as follows:

a. Student must be enrolled in the Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management programs at Tidewater Community College.
b. Student must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in student’s program and overall.
c. Student must have completed at least two semesters at TCC and carried no less than six credit hours per semester.

The scholarship money may be used for tuition, fees, and books. Funds should be awarded for the fall and spring semester.
