National Board of Respiratory Care Scholarship

The National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) shares TCC respiratory therapy program’s goal of protecting and enhancing patient lives. Nearly 40,000 candidates test for NBRC credentials each year, seeking to demonstrate excellence in respiratory care. NBRC credentials provide the opportunity to prove readiness for excellence in patient care. NBRC would like to recognize for hard work and dedication to quality through a scholarship in a hope to inspire a sense of pride and inspiration in those currently enrolled in a respiratory care or therapy program with TCC.

Scholarship recipients will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Specific course of study: Respiratory Care / Respiratory Therapy
• Required GPA: 2.0
• Enrollment status: Full- or part-time
