TCC STEM Promise Program Scholarship
TCC is proud to announce a scholarship program designed to boost the number of college graduates in science, technology, and engineering (STEM). Women and minorities who have been largely underrepresented in select STEM fields are highly encouraged to apply. STEM educators and employers agree that a diverse talent pool is vital if we are to create future technologies, to improve lives, ensure national security and grow our economy.
This scholarship awards a limited number of high-achieving students each year, and pays tuition and fees for 2 full academic years in one of our approved programs. Scholars will graduate having their tuition paid, ready to enter a career or to transfer to a 4-year college!

You may qualify if you:
- Are a new student to the College (or have no more than 24 TCC credits toward a degree program)
- Demonstrate college readiness by placing into College Composition (English 111) and Precalculus I (Math 161)
- Plan to enroll as a full-time student staring in the Fall of 2024 (at 12-18 credit hours per semester)
- Enroll in one of the following degree plans:
Associate of Science in Engineering
Associate of Science in Computer Science
Associate of Science in Science
Associate of Applied Science in Automotive Technology
Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology
Associate of Applied Science in Cyber Security
Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Technology
Associate of Applied Science in Information Systems Technology
Associate of Applied Science – Mechatronics
Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology
Associate of Applied Science – Specialization in Diesel Marine Technician
Associate of Applied Science – Specialization in Medium/Heavy Truck Service Technician
